Mortenson Construction—Training
Elevating the standard training manual.
If something goes wrong on a construction site there is a lot on the line—budgets, timelines and lives. Mortenson Construction diligently trains all team members and contractors to ensure that projects go smoothly and according to regulations—but sometimes, lengthy manuals and orientations aren’t enough.
The Banditry Co. was tasked with creating a detailed series of informational videos focused on the critical area of Disruption Avoidance Planning, or DAP. This series supplements Mortenson’s existing training materials and reinforces the tenants of DAP in order to curtail costly or dangerous interruptions to the work site or facility. As a full-service studio, our team was engaged for every facet of this project from initial consultation and outlines to design, VO direction and the final cuts. In the end, The Banditry Co. produced five, complete, long-form videos on the key areas of Disruption Avoidance Planning.
